Beach Yoga


Shera has been on island over 20 years, teaching movement to all ages since college, focusing in on yoga the past 8 years.  She adapt`s her teaching to a wide variety of ages and skill levels.

A yoga student for fifteen years Patricia recently added instructor RYT to her repertoire. Her teachings include
power vinyasa and/or slow flow.  "I find yoga to be a
deeply enriching practice that I enjoy sharing with
others."
